Gold Package:
General housekeeping/sanitising of all areas
Emptying of all bins
Vacuuming of all areas
Changing of bedding and laundry cleaned (and returned back to property) ** Additional costs apply - see Terms and Conditions
Replenishing and replacing of facilities/amenities (soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, etc)
A ”call out card” will be left at the property and if your guest is not happy with any of the standards of cleaning, we will come back within 2 hours of receiving the phone call and rectify any issues
Antiviral fogging throughout the property (Please note that there must be 6 hours clearance after we have left the property)
Welcome gift (a box of chocolates and bottle of wine) left for the next guest
From £60 + VAT per hour
Silver Package:
General housekeeping/sanitising of all areas
Emptying of all bins
Vacuuming of all areas
Changing of bedding and laundry cleaned (and returned back to property) ** Additional costs apply - see Terms and Conditions

All cleaning packages are a minimum of 2 hours per visit.

- All staff are "hands on", regardless of position

- We don't tie you into long term contracts - you can cancel anytime with our monthly rolling contracts
